This Privacy Policy explains what information My Uni A.I. ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with.

1. What we collect

Account info: your email address, a hashed password, and the business objective you provide at signup.
Usage data: messages you send the assistant, tasks you create or run, and your credit/billing history.
Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We keep only your Stripe customer/subscription IDs and billing status.
Gmail data (only if you connect it): if you explicitly connect a Gmail account, we access the inbox messages and send capability needed to summarize threads and draft/send replies you approve. We never read or summarize inbox content in general status updates — only when you directly ask about email.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: running your assistant, tracking credit usage, processing billing, and — for the connected Gmail case — the specific email features you've turned on. We do not sell your data.

3. Who we share it with

Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
Anthropic — processes your messages to generate the assistant's responses.
ElevenLabs — converts assistant replies to spoken audio, when voice is used.
Google — only if you connect Gmail, to read/send email on your behalf as you've authorized.

We don't share your data with anyone else, and we don't use it for advertising.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us and we'll process the request.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Gmail access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to account data is restricted to what's needed to operate the Service.

6. Your choices

You can disconnect Gmail at any time from your workspace. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link included in every one we send. You can request account deletion at any time.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
